Inter College Competition BUSINESS QUIZ by AGC Amritsar

Department of Management Studies of Amritsar Group of Colleges, organized its 6th Inter College Business Competition Mental Mettle — 2023 in association with ET in campus. The objective of this event was to foster business knowledge amongst students.

More than 200 students from different colleges of the region participated with great aplomb. The event had two rounds: preliminary and final round. On the basis of score in the first round, four teams were selected for the final round. The first winning team has been given cash prize of Rs.3000 and gift hampers, the second winning team has been given cash prize of Rs. 2000 and gift hampers and the third winning team with a cash prize of Rs. 1000 with gift hampers. Advocate Sh. Amit Sharma, Chairman of AGC, lauded the dedication of the students and faculty in fostering a competitive spirit and promoting intellectual growth through this event. Dr. Rajnish Arora, Managing Director, AGC congratulated the winners appreciated the efforts of the team of faculty and student coordinators. He stated that the objective of quiz contest was to develop the spirit of competition among students and awareness of the latest happenings so that students may one day be able to face competitions with ease and job readiness.

Dr. Gaurav Tejpal, Principal, Amritsar Group of Colleges highlighted the importance of such academic events in raising the confidence of students. He emphasized the crucial role of creating dynamic learning environments for the students. Such events will not only boost their academic performance but also enhance their intellectual abilities.
